After the Build

From construction site to move-in ready.

New builds and renovations leave behind fine dust on every surface, cement splashes, paint flecks and sticker residue. Our three-phase clean takes the site from 'contractors have left' to 'keys handed over'.

Common questions

When should I book the clean?
Ideally after all contractors, electricians and painters have finished. Cleaning mid-works means dust settles again and you pay twice.
How long does it take?
A 2–3 bedroom unit typically takes a team 1–2 days; larger sites are quoted after a walkthrough. We'll give you a time estimate with the quote.
Can you remove paint and cement from glass?
Yes. We carry the right blades, pads and solvents and use them carefully so glass and frames aren't scratched.
