How long do sofas and carpets take to dry?
Typically 4–8 hours depending on fabric, ventilation and weather. We make a fast-dry pass at the end and can leave fans running in enclosed rooms.
How often should carpets and sofas be cleaned?
Homes: every 6–12 months. Offices, hotels and spaces with children or pets: every 3–6 months keeps them hygienic and extends their life.
Can you remove all stains?
Most stains come out completely. Some — like old bleach damage or certain dyes — are permanent, and we'll tell you honestly during inspection rather than promise what we can't deliver.
