Can I use steam or bleach on vinyl floors?
Please don't — steam heat and harsh chemicals break down the wear layer and cause permanent dullness and peaking at seams. pH-neutral products only.
Our office LVT looks grey and scratched. Is it finished?
Almost never. What looks like damage is usually worn polish and embedded soil — stripping and resealing transforms it.
Do you maintain commercial vinyl floors?
